2. What data we process, and why

Contact form and e-mails — name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. Purpose: to answer your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technical data — this website runs on the Odoo platform, which only uses strictly necessary cookies (session, language preference). These cookies do not require consent. We do not use any marketing or analytics cookies; if this changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie banner added beforehand.

External links — this website links to Instagram and Google Maps. When you click these links, you leave our website and the privacy policy of the service concerned applies.

3. Who receives your data

Your data is only shared where necessary, with our host and website provider (Odoo), which is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.

4. How long we keep your data

Contact requests are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship results from them or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to info@rohstoff.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this website applies.
